Paimon: Terms of Service

Welcome to Paimon! These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our Discord bot and its related services (the "Service"). By interacting with our bot, you agree to comply with these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Paimon manages game events outside Discord, randomly generating two teams from participants who react to a message. The winning team is awarded tokens via a slash command by staff. Tokens are awarded to roles, allowing users to redeem them for rewards in a shop. Rewards can expire after a set time. Additionally, the bot supports AI image generation through ComfyUI.

We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

When using the bot, users agree to:

  • Follow all Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Refrain from using the bot for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including harassment, hate speech, or other malicious behavior.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with the bot’s functionality.

3. Bot Usage and Commands

Users may interact with the bot using various slash commands, message-based triggers, or buttons. The bot may provide functionalities like:

  • Generating custom images based on user input.
  • Managing server roles, messages, and events.
  • Assigning special statuses such as the "Trolled" role to users based on preset conditions.

You agree that all usage is subject to limitations imposed by the bot's developers and Discord's API rate limits.

4. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the bot following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new ToS.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the bot without notice if you violate these ToS or engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot. The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of origin, Belgium.
